Brashears Insurance, a leading provider of synchronized commercial and personal lines insurance in California and Hawaii, has added two new team members to its growing staff.
Neils Ludlow has joined the Brashears team as the Southern California regional sales director and Jared Godinez has joined as a broker. Both are based in the Brashears Insurance Santa Barbara office.
Neils is an expert in commercial lines of insurance, including workers comp, general liability, professional liability, cyber liability and commercial auto insurance. He also specializes in construction and manufacturing companies.
He comes from an entrepreneurial background, previously owning and operating construction, landscaping and clothing companies, so he has a firm grasp on the types of protections business owners need.
“My background gives me the unique ability to counsel clients in business procedures and risk management,” says Neils, a father of three who has been married for more than 30 years.
Jared is a south coast native, raised in Ventura before graduating from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Global Studies. He met his wife, Tess, while they both played intercollegiate volleyball for the Gauchos and have lived in Santa Barbara since 2002. Jared worked at the Pacific Coast Business Times for 11 years specializing in B2B marketing and advertising in the Tri-Counties before transitioning into property and casualty insurance.
