In an event of accident:

  • See to the welfare of the injured people and get them to a doctor if needed.

  • Do not discuss fault or cause.

  • Notify the appropriate local officials i.e. Coast Guard, local police or sheriffs.

  • Call our office immediately at (805) 564-7645

Complete an Accident Report for documentation of date, time and witnesses (down load form). If possible, take photos of the incident or damage to vessels. If your vessel is damaged please take all reasonable steps to protect your property from further damage. Do not begin repairs other than those necessary to prevent further damage.
