Pollution

Coverage – Remove all oil and fuel from vessel, booming area and in some cases using divers. Fines and penalties levied by local authorities that the policy will provide coverage. Coverage limits of $500,000 to $5,000,000 to include fines and penalties.

Protection and Indemnity + Excess Liability

P&I insurance is liability coverage for watercraft. It protects the insured from liabilities, from bodily injury or property damage arising out of the use or ownership of dedicated vessels.

Hull & Machinery Overview

Physical damage to the vessel based on agreed value, the most common deductible is 2% of the hull value but options are available on most risk.

Commercial Vessels

Insurance for Tugboats, Barges, Workboats, Research Vessels.
